Roy Eady

Roy worked for 29 years in the pharmaceutical industry and since then as an independent consultant. Trained as an immunologist, Roy was Head of Biology for Fisons, VP of Project Management & Regulatory Affairs at Astra Charnwood, and VP of Project Management for the respiratory and inflammation therapeutic area at AstraZeneca.

During this period Roy was involved in a number of candidate drug nominations and the development of compounds through to NDA submission. Since retirement Roy has worked for mid-sized pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Activities have included project & portfolio review, due diligence, project management training and advising drug development project teams from early development to life cycle management in a variety of disease areas.
