Product Pipeline
The Sentinel pipeline contains a number of novel small molecule programmes designed to inhibit key targets important in cancer therapy including angiogenesis & invasion, DNA repair pathways and tumour hypoxia. The CHK1 programme is currently undergoing pre-clinical evaluation following successful in-vivo proof of concept studies
