HERG Technology

In addition to the Oncology pipeline, Sentinel has developed a proprietary technique which enables the development of safer small molecule therapeutics through abolishment of the hERG potassium channel activity inherent in many small molecule lead discovery programmes.

Product pipeline

The Sentinel pipeline contains a number of novel small molecule programmes designed to inhibit key targets important in cancer therapy including angiogenesis & invasion, DNA repair pathways and tumour hypoxia.

The CHK1 programme is currently undergoing pre-clinical evaluation following successful in-vivo proof of concept studies.
